Making my way through the TRX workouts I haven't done yet and this one was awesome. I enjoyed moves I haven't done before and felt the challenge. Need more TRX! Thank you for all of these great workouts, Amy! 😘

You offer a lot of TRX workouts and it was on sale last week on Amazon so I bought it and did this workout today as per the June calendar. I've done leg & arm exercises using TRX, when I used to go to gym. But I've never done any core exercises (TRX) before. Today, that part on mat, was the hardest and I couldn't follow it :( I watched another video of yours where you've explained everything in detail for beginners and I'll keep practicing the core part of it. I've watched some other TRX workout videos too and WOW You're really a TRX Queen. I'm amazed to watch you do all those hard core moves 🤩🤩😇😇😇😇

I have to say that I really spontaneously buy a TRX system because I kind of like it in the store (Originally I came just yor yoga block). Then I came home and I was like "What do I do now with it.." and than I just try to type in "Bodyfit by Amy TRX" and when A LOT OF AMAZING VIDEOS showed up I was just like OMG THANK YOU! YES! I AM SAVED! Thank you Amy - you the best! I hate gyms, but either I don't like much all of RU-vid fitness guides except you. You are just amazing! 😍 😍 ❤️

What a great mix of moves, kept me on my toes the whole time. Thank you for your energy, your constant reminder of good form and technique. One of the best trainers I have come across online.

AMy you really are a fantastic instructor...hope you know that! Ive tried other TRX videos and the moves are cool but i find myself disengaged. Your videos are engaging and the perfect mix of cardio, strength and water breaks lol! 😉

Holy Moly!! OMG! I was already sore from doing one of your total body d-bell workouts yesterday--this new TRX workout just pushed me over the edge! It's not swagger--I'm just sore!!! Thank you. Transitioning to home workouts have been difficult as I have a lot of disc damage. I love HIIT but it hurts my spin too much w jumps and running. This combines trx and hiit pretty well. Thank you again.

Thanks for this video. The only thing I have found I don't like about the videos is doing planks in the straps. I love the rest of this workout but my core is not strong enough to plank in the straps without injury. I modified exercises on my own without the straps, but it would be nice if you encouraged users who were still building their core to stay out of the straps.

AMY! Girrrrllll this workout is EVERYTHING! I've tried TRX before, but I've never experienced it like this! I've had (under-used) straps at home for a while now and I'm happy to have broken them in with this workout. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing!!!
