45 Minute TRX Full Body Workout

Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 45 minute total body TRX workout. Exercises are grouped together in a superset during today's workout. We will perform each superset for 3 sets. The first set will be 60 seconds each, the second set is 45 seconds each, and the third set is 30 seconds each. You will have 15 seconds to recover in-between sets. There is typically a small change up as we progress in sets. There is some jumping during today's workout. A non-jumping alternative is provided. The last superset is a killer. A modification is provided for all exercises where the feet are in the strap. You can also rest/pause if and when needed. This workout builds. Set your suspension trainer to mid-length and lets get to work!

I'm getting through a shoulder injury but I'm kind of a fierce girl.I'm freaking love this worked out and it's great.I think I've done it 3 times this week.Great explanations appreciate the even this little side curtsey's.You know the cues are good they all need cues

I have done TRX at my YMCA a few months ago and i loved it then. I went to target and bought some of there brand straps. HAVE TO say good workout. This is another favorite 😍. As always thank you for another good workout!!🥰😘

one of your best TRX sets. I loved that the repetition got shorter with every round as this allowed me to completely exhaust my muscles. I was wondering if the feet in the cradle exercices in the end could also make sense earlier. Because this was just too hard to do without breaks in-between. Great, now my laptop just drowned in my sweat 😂

Outstanding TRX full body workout! What’s great about it is the continuation from start to finish. Only 15 seconds between each exercise and each superset. Challenges you to keep moving even when your body wants more of a break. Also really like the variations of tempo and 1/4 reps within each superset. Although it doesn’t have specific cardio segments, because it’s continuous and challenging my heart and lungs were working and I was sweating big time! As Larie forewarns in the description, the last superset is a killer! This is an excellent steady burn challenge and will use this on a regular basis. Thanks Larie!!!
