I wanted to share for anyone else in their mid to late 30’s or beyond that these are all things that also help with perimenopause. So overall great advice for most women. 😊

My dr prescribed myo-inositol for my anxiety! But for the anxiety benefits you basically have to take double the suggested serving. I have PCOS and am perimenopause, and following this routine (along with the other things you recommend) landed me pregnant after years of trying and a miscarriage ❤ Now 43 with a new baby I’m trying to get my hormones back in line. -Another hormone regulator is SUNSHINE. Thank you for sharing this information! More women need to know 😊

I’m pretty sure I have undiagnosed PCOS. Everything is really hitting home for me, especially the moment you said your belly always sticks out. Mine too, and I’d complain so hard. Even in the best shape of my life- low body fat % and shredded upper abs, my little belly wouldn’t go away. Thought I was just bloated 😢

Love this! I’ve been to so many doctors that just blew me off and I keep telling them I know my body and something is off. I’m also a supplement girly. I don’t like having to take medication if I can change it by eating food and supplementing. I also agree with limiting intake of certain things because I feel better. Eating lesser portions also helps (not in a dieting way, but more of a listening to your body when you’re hungry or full way). Magnesium, Vitamin D, and K2 (they all work together) have helped my anxiety the most. Sometimes I will take GABA with taurine only if I’m having a really bad day. I’m still figuring out my probiotics though because I feel like certain ones don’t work well for me. I also prefer probiotics with a higher count and then add some fiber in at the same time to feed my probiotics. Learning so much from your recent videos. I know you probably won’t always talk about pcos, but we always have to continue bettering ourselves and that is what I appreciate from you. 🤍😌

Question! When do you take your magnesium and which supplement do you use?! I'm always so confused between the different kinds/types of magnesium to take and when to take it! If anyone knows, that would be amazing, thank you!

I have PCOS and just tested CA125 it came back 60 , which I do believe is because of PCOS and copper coil, which I’ll be removing soon. Now just need to learn to manage PCOS ( I don’t actually have any symptoms apart from fatigue ) 🤔

It's crazy that you mentioned doctors because my fertility doctor that "specializes" in PCOS has told me the same thing to count calories and go on a diet. They hard core gaslit me the whole doctor visit and told me to come back, when I was serious about getting pregnant. SMH!

I feel the same about functional med docs as well. We have to keep researching until we get to the root. Bravo to you for being persistent! I eat super healthy and the last 5 pounds are impossible for me 😥 sadly. I decided to see a Iridologist last year. She helped me with herbs and identifying conditions I had that i had no idea of. Its been a long journey. Thank you for sharing ❤ Curious do you take any enzymes that help you digest proteins?

I am on Metformin for insulin resistance/possible pcos. Can I take the myo-inosotol WITH the Metformin or does it need to be in place of?
@SamOzkural
@SamOzkural Месяц назад
I know people do mix them (talk to your dr first) but ovasitol is for people who don’t want to use metformin it’s kinda a natural version so idk if you’d need both!

I just wanted to share that I’ve been taking a prenatal, seed as a prebiotic and probiotic and then also I have been taking half a dosage of myo inositol pill that has ashwaganda and also vitamin d and I was able to balance my hormones, and lose 10 pounds 🥹I think for sure it was because of the inositol because that was the only new thing I added within two months I saw weight loss. Anyways just wanted to share that i def agree that inositol helps

@@tiffanyrogersfeuer1914 yeah girl! I bought on amazon, it’s from “intimate rose” it has myo and d inositol and also has ashwaganda and vitamin d….. I love it! I take half dosage though to save money and still lost weight from it. It’s in a purple bottle, and you can buy individually or in a pack of three. I hope this helps!
