I do rolling 36s. Watching your videos taught me to keep building my own discipline. Building my own fasting stamina. My goal is lose another 100 pounds. At the end March, I plan to be at rolling 48s then 72s. I’ve lost 55 pounds so far and 95 more to go. ❤
I didn't attempt ADF until I had lots of practice going 36 hours. I had already cut out night eating making this sustained habit. So going 36 hours was just a matter of not eating until the next morning. Once I could do that regularly and almost automatically, I moved to ADF. What helped was before attempting ADF I had cleaned up my diet significantly eating whole foods and eating absolutely no more than 3 times on eating days. Be kind to yourself always.
Consistency is the name of the game.. as you said so well. I see so many people trying to chase long fasts before they are ready when being consistent with what they can do more easily would do wonders.
This is utterly incredible Jerome. Just in November you were crying, sad and looking pretty bulky and you are now just a few months later looking like you did years ago when you first started this channel. Incredible determination. Well done mate!!
WOW!!! That is so exciting! Down in the 140's - I am so excited for you! I am still struggling to get through 24 hours doing ADF without a 500 calorie snack. I had built up to doing daily 20/4, but that didn't move the scale. I started this week to stretch that to 24-36 hour fasts to get unstuck. You are motivating me to keep trying. Again, Congratulations!!! ❤

I started three days ago just doing 24 hour fast one hour refeeding and starting again. I try to grow each time but i get nervous and moody. Last night I realized everything i went to grab to refeed was carbs…😂 im learning. I shed 5 pounds so far
@@SeekingGodwithallmyheartHow much you lose is dependent upon your body. I am at 36 hours fasted right now, and I’ve lost 2 lbs exactly. I tend to lose 2 lbs per day when I fast with snake juice (electrolyte water) and 4 lbs if I dry fast. But I’m tall and middle aged, so you might lose less or more than me depending upon your starting weight, age, activity level, etc. I walk one hour per day when I fast which helps, and I refeed with a big steak and a glass of raw milk after 3 days of not eating. Then I go right back into fasting. I only have 20 lbs to lose, so if you’re way overweight, you’ll actually lose weight faster than people who are within 20 lbs of ideal weight.
Jerome I want to do fasting from last 6 months but I am not able to the maximum I did was for a week but a major event is showing up I need to lose weight otherwise I will get comments like u are the heaviest in our grp, u r so fat, etc etc🥲🥲 Although I do workout but I eat so much like my body doesn't lose weight it's stuck on one weight
