Exercises for Week 1 & 3:
1. Full Extension
2. Half V Tucks
3. Jump Squats
4. 4 Times Abs
5. Windshield Wiper
6. Burpees
x25 reps for each exercise.
Aim to complete 2 sets in week 1 and 3 - 4 sets in week 3
Exercises for Week 2 & 4:
1. Plank Hip Dip
2. Spiderman Plank
3. Plank Jacks
4. Half Boat
5. Flutter Kicks
6. Groiners
Each exercise: 30secs workout with 10 secs rest in between
Aim to complete 2 sets in week 2 and 3 - 4 sets in week 4
To progress:
- Choose the advance option.
- Complete the workout in the shortest time possible, try to take shorter breaks in between.
- Do more sets.

(RESULTS) This was the first ever workout I have started doing regularly. Because I’m not fat but yes I do have a lot of belly fat down there, so somehow I found the motivation to start because I started losing my collar bone n all. I did it for 4 days, and my husband told me your collar bone is back honey. It’s been a week. And i just asked him again, to which he said “ seriously don’t stop, i see the change clearly” Not only losing fat. It makes me feel light and energetic and has made my posture better as well.

Believe it or not I’ve done a ton of these in our Pilates class and my waist is smaller the next day from doing the workout. I’ve been trying to find videos online that replicate them and you just did them all. Thank you so much!!!

[ RESULTS ] So before I did this challenge, my waist was 69 cm and my belly was like 71 cm. After this challenge, my waist is now 60 cm and my belly is 61 cm IMPRESSIVE RIGHT - first week : it was really hard to do all of these workout everyday.. I felt kind of desperate cuz I didnt find any changes on my body - second week : the result from the end of first week impressed me a lot so I kind of slipped away and eat a little bit too much of fast foods and sweets that resulted in I didn't lose that much weight - third week : my weight and all of my measurements are steady and good. - fourth week : It went well and I didn't have any struggles left ~~ I also add some more workout to my daily-workout-plan so that it could be slimmer faster~~ + 30-60 minutes of yoga + 1 minute plank + 1 minute of the Earthquake-move + 50 crunches + 30 bicycle crunches + 300 - 800 jumping jacks but anyway, i just wanna say, THANK YOU JOANNA~~ You have made my life better :3

Okay seriously you guys this works..I did this with her no equipment strength training and any of her 30 min cardio workouts on alternate days and pictures are right. And I have lost A LOT of my belly fat. I still have a little of lower belly for which I am doing different workouts now.

I didn't cut much of carbs . I just ate healthy but counted calories. I ate around 1200-1400 calories.

Pamela And Perla reps are how many times I guess you have to do the move. Sets are the amount of times you do those reps. For example 25 reps, 3 sets. You basically are doing 75 reps in those 3 sets.

Crunches nd different abs exercises cured my pimples which i had since last 6 yrs.... I wasted enough money.. Tried everything from Homoeopathy, aloepathy to ayueveda.... But all were temporary solutions..... Its like a mirace to me... I wish i had started doing them yrs before.. Then my life would be different by now.... kajal bakshi u will notice the result after one week.. ur abs will get tighter.. keep doing this exercise for atleast one month . and before my weight was 52 and now it's 49 .. I only follow joanna's exercise , she is really a good fitness trainer

Really great workout! But for beginners like me, I would like if there is a "workout alongside with me" kinda tutorial like the one you did with your 5-minute stretches video. That video helped me to follow through easily!

I just ended my first week i am also cutting fast food ,soft drinks and sweets and i just cant believe i am already seeing changes in my belly area, this was so hard and challenging to do but also very effective thank you so much

Okay so o stated doing this. Today is my 2 day and I hope this works! I’m going to update after 4 weeks if this worked on me. Wish me luck! So the results are awesome. After 4 weeks of doing it everyday now I have a flat stomach. This really works!

I'm going to start these today. I've been going to the gym consistently for 6+ weeks and eating 90% clean ( I have cheat days but I don't eat sugar or consume pop). I have two kids and my tummy is the hardest for me to lose. I needed something like that. I tried following the quick version in this video just to see if I could do the exercise (mostly no but with time I will) and it already kicked my butt. I can see though how this would be helpful because with that little bit I did, I still felt it and it was refreshing once I let my body rest. LOL I will do the 4 weeks and update.

My legs ended up more tired than my abs, I couldn't even lift them to take off my socks. How do I focus everything in my abs? Do I keep it flexed or are these exercises leg based too?

TuningAnApple you always need to keep balance between exercises. if you have more experience with working out than it wouldn’t be a problem to do exercises one day for ex. legs and the other day for abs. if there is anyone here that’s a beginner please don’t rush. you can’t just do exercises for one certain part of your body constantly and expect changes right away. you need to even up your body and make it used to exercising. also a VERY VERY IMPORTANT PART: WARM UP!!! before every workout trust me you won’t regret it it will help your body prepare and it will cause less pain and STRECH AFTER every workout to help your body recover and feel better. i hope i will help someone because you posted this comment 2 years ago but i’m not sorry for writing this there are people out there who need help. :)
