40 Min KETTLEBELL WORKOUT (Full Body Compact workout)

In this 40 Min KETTLEBELL WORKOUT, we perform 8x bundles of 5x movements each. Each movement will be performed for 40 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest, and a 30-second rest between each bundle. After the first 5 bundles, there will be a 50-seconds water break.
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)

You can easily increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or by increasing the volume of the workout and doing this routine for 2 rounds in a row.

Still loving the bundles. As a baker with Little to no time for the gym, these full body half hour workouts are life for me. I can get in descent training 3 times a week for my whole body and not have to compromise my time to long gym times. Thank you for such a great line up of full body workouts.

Daniel! I just finished the workout and while sitting here catching my breathe and all sweaty, let me tell you: I am so effin' happy for finding your channel and thankful for your work. Don't have kettleballs but I used my 20lbs dumbells and they worked perfectly! Modified some movements but still go a good sweat and burn! Thank you

I don't have dumbbells. So whenever dumbbell exercises come up I usually try to find a kettlebell exercise that's close to what he's already doing for the day.

Like presentation of bundles in the square. It’s easy to follow your (my) progress, since your 40 minutes workout is not just hard, but also boring (in good way, in good way…👍🏼) Sometimes I felt that progress bar was frozen. Now there is more dynamic. Thank you!

Week 14, Day 4 in the books! This was challenging and very sweaty 😅❤ The most challenging move for me on this workout was the “Clean Press Up” but pushed through. This was a lovely workout.

I like the overall training. Quite killing. Some movements are a bit... too complex honestly. In past I used to train quite a lot with kettlebell but never come across such "convolutions". Other than that, amazing!
