Tap in for an absolute killer lower body dumbbell home workout. This is a no repeats, no jumping but still very intense legs, glutes and abs session you need to try if you are chasing those lower body gains. All you will need is a pair of medium/ heavy dumbbells and a yoga block or anything sturdy to elevated your heels.

Fabulous workout! Just a note though on Windmill move (11.30) anyone not familiar with this move be mindful what weight you use. I'd start off bodyweight then only use a very light weight. It's harder than it looks. I think Olivias using a 7.5kg which is pretty heavy for this move but she's obviously very experienced x

Great legs/glutes abs workout. The excercises are intense and some are new to me. Even though at some excercises it was confusing on which leg and which arm I had to hold on to the dumbell. I had a good time and sweat. Thank you Olivia.👍💪❤️
