Ineeded toturndown the sound so I didn’t hear your cues. Keep experimenting to see what works best. Enjoyed the workout, from Vermont, USA. 🍁

This type of workout is such a good variety one can add to their strength training. The compound movements make a big difference in terms of improving agility and stamina besides strength. Great Job Olivia! I personally do not need extra cues but fully understand some might.

I loved this workout, Olivia, with the new and interesting compound exercises. This is your best dumbbell workout. Thank you. I am trained in lifting weights, so I don't require cues, but I think it's great that you are using them so everyone has a safe and beneficial workout. 👌

I don't know how you managed to make a 45 minute workout feel like 20 but you did! That flew by and was a really satisfying workout!

A great full body workout. The excercises are an amazing variety of strength and control. I used a pair of light and moderate dumbells. I had a good time. Thank you Olivia.👍💪❤️

Love this workout and the subtle cueing! My knees tend to click during squats and lunges so this was more knee friendly! It would be awesome if you could do more long weight based knee friendly workouts 😊

Love! Love!! Love!!! 45 minutes went by really quick as I was enjoying every second. Your strength workouts are so cool and I love how I feel at the end. I love the cues. Burned 263 calories using a setof 10lbs dumbbells. Thank you Olivia.

I love the cues! I've been wondering about my posture and stance. It's easy to watch how you do it yourself and I haven't had too many troubles getting it right by watching you but the cues are really helpful and reassuring! And I love this new outfit! Anything you wear is cute! 🖤🩶🤍😍💯💋
