I just discovered this video as part of the 2024 August Week 2 Workout Plan. It's been a while since I've come across a video I hadn't seen before (I know because I "like" all the videos I do.) It was a nice treat. Even though I was intimidated by its length, it really went by fast!

Hey, I wanna start this soon. But here you have mentioned "day 4" where are days 1, 2, 3 and any more days after day 4? every day a new form of workout, right? how can I get that series of workouts?

By doing this workout AGAIN i realised what is that, that i like so much in Nicole's workout. It's the mindful way of doing them. It's not about building muscles obsessively, it's about building muscles mindfully, by letting your body feel tired and keep on moving on, focus on your breath, realise which muscle is working and which not, what kind of contraction we need to have to maintain the right position etc. So i love this, because i'm in a phase of my life where i in general am trying to be more mindful about the things i do in my daily life. I love how this class focuses on arms and abs because those are the areas I feel like my other workouts (walking/running, weight training, and HIIT) neglect. More of these would be awesome! Thanks Nicole :)

Im switching between 2.5lb and 5lb weights but Ive been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now. I cant believe how much my body has changed. I have an injury to my right leg but your workouts allow me to just skip over any right leg work. With my disability I never thought Id be able to firm up my body, I can not thank you enough.

Love, love, love this workout :). Currently recovering from bad ankle sprain so this was great as I could do all the exercises apart from the squats. Nicole, it is so amazing that you can speak at all whilst doing these movements but I really enjoy your live commentary.

I never leave comments on yt but I felt like since it's free, it would be a great to give back to you. I am really enjoying your videos. You give the right amount of instructions without it overboard about "if you can't do this, don't feel bad" etc. - Which I get, btw. It's just really refreshing to hear the instructions in a simply way with some space in-between.
