In this 45 Minute QUADZILLA Dumbbell LOWER BODY STRENGTH Workout we will be focusing on quad-dominant movements with a lot of sets. We will be having 2x blocks of 7x movements , 2x movements for 5x rounds and 5x movements for 2x round. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds rest in between.
This commentary workout is from my website HOMEGYM program. We are focusing on strength workouts with kettlebells, long resistance bands and dumbbells. The workouts are 30-60 minutes workouts.

In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).

This lower body strength workout is super fun, I love listening to Daniel's instruction while doing them, at 21.44 "I feel good night more likes to good morning", 22.16 "the other leg is just a decoration"..it makes me laugh and lost my balance and 40.49.."come on legs, you came so far", thanks Daniel for this and looking for more and more.

The way I'm looking forward to doing this workout on my leg day cannot be expressed in words 🙆🏽‍♀️🥳💃🏽🎉🎊. Love from South Africa 🇿🇦♥️. (Edit)Update.... It's been a while since my body has produced so much sweat that it started tasting, yes🥴, tasting like water. Pretty sure my sweat was sweating🥵. What a workout.🦿.. Daniel's coaching from beginning to the very end got me through this workout. The jokes caught me off guard and I found myself chuckling when I really just wanted to cry... 😅.
