I am Dmitri, a health enthusiast. I developed a passion for health topics in my mid forties when I was diagnosed with anxiety and high blood pressure and my doctor advised me breathing exercise and physical exercises to lower anxiety and high blood pressure naturally. I started from deep breathing, walking and gradually progressed to running to address high blood pressure. Currently in my mid fifties, I fixed anxiety and high blood pressure and compete in global endurance races. I also actively practice breathing exercises, yoga, meditation and meditation music to lower blood pressure. It takes time for blood pressure to go down when you get anxiety or panic. But the first thing that happens before the blood pressure goes down is emotional and mental clarity. Thats what breathing exercises do. Then in few minutes the blood pressure goes down with it. The mind gets balanced first then the blood pressure follows. It may take 20 or 40 minutes. Or 5 minutes fir the blood pressure to follow sometimes but it will follow and go down. Then mind and body is balanced. But sometimes the breathing exercises help anxiety and blood pressure very quickly fir some. So its different but sometimes it takes time.

Moving my neck as suggested ... muscle are VERY tight. Just telling me to loosen the muscles does not work. If it did, I wouldn't need a meditation!

This will be more useful of the 4 7 8 session is done for 5 minutes. By setting aside your explanation for a minimum period of time.

I went from 146/99 to 140/98 in about 5 minutes. That bottom number really is stubborn.
