This video is truly eye-opening! It’s incredible how simple exercises like jumping jacks, lunges, and squats can slow down the aging process and keep us healthy, strong, and vibrant as we grow older. I never realized how much these movements could protect not only our bodies but also our minds! Imagine feeling youthful, full of energy, and independent for years to come-doesn’t that sound amazing? But I wonder, how much of a difference will adding these exercises to our daily routine really make in the long run? Could they truly transform our lives as we age? This is so inspiring!
The only one I disagree with is the jumping jacks. Not because they aren’t good? But because one needs to do cardio for at the very least 20 minutes.I don’t know of any human that should or could do jumping jacks for 20 minutes.I am 63,so I have learned a few things about anti aging.Do all of this AND walk, bike, move somehow for a minimum of 20 minutes at least 3x a week. And if you can?Hit the weight room.Weight training is my absolute recommendation for anyone wanting to fight age AND gravity.😊👏🏻💪🏼
These are great exercises good for your physical health. However I am not sold that it can improve brain function. Also this my OWN observation , there is no brain stimulation, no socializing, above all life enjoyment while exercising. I am 86 yrs old male, I have not done any of these exercises but I manage to reach this OLD age by following the advise many yrs ago from an article in Frontier in Aging Neuroscience. This is the excerpt “ Dancing can actually reverse brain changes that occur due to aging. Scientists believe that the combination of exercise, mental stimulation, & social engagement make dancing a good choice for holding off the effects of aging.” I followed the Scientists advise , & I manage to learn 14 different style of dances & still dancing 4 to 5 times a week.
