It's been an absolute pleasure leading you through the 15-minute workouts last week!!!
Remember, that this doesn't need to be the end… it can be the beginning of new healthy habits that you continue on with!

OPTION #1
Join the AIM Fitness Online Membership!!!
This Option Is Ideal For You If:
✔You like the flexibility to exercise at various times of day
✔ You like shorter 15-20 minute workouts like in the Challenge
✔ You want to exercise, but not have to think about what exercises to do
✔ You enjoyed the variety of workouts that we did all last week!

How it works:
Each week, I email my members a new video exercise program for the week. You just click the link in the Weekly Calendar (at any time of day!) and follow me through the exercises!

I’ve been with AIM Fitness for 3 months and am enjoying the experience. Meg’s videos are excellent and offer options depending on your needs and fitness level. Her instructions are clear and include what not to do so you don’t hurt yourself. These Classes Are Ideal For You If:
✔You like to exercise at a set time
✔ You want to lose weight and develop strength
✔ You appreciate longer workouts (45 minutes)
✔ You want to show up, but not have to think about what exercises to do (I will lead you through each workout with options and motivation!)
Join the Tuesday HIIT class, Thursday Strength and Balance, or Friday Chair Yoga

Sign up for Personal Training!!!
Personal Training Is Ideal For You If:
✔ You prefer having one-on-one support
✔ You may have a medical condition and want specific exercises to exercise safely
✔ You are ready to put yourself first and want some motivation and guidance to help you along the way
If you enjoyed the challenge and you see that you've got a ways to go to reach your goals, consider working 1-on-1 with a trainer!
We can work with you in your home in the Ottawa area OR on Zoom.

Thank you for all the information. Personally, I am an individualist and for that I spontaneously choose what I like on any given day. I don't like either teamwork or any patterns. I am rather atypical and like to go my own way. Some people like to be guided, they like direct contact with the coach. Me, I need to have total freedom and no commitments. This does not apply to my private life, because here it is necessary to follow the principle "Once chosen, I must choose again and again". I am always faithful to the girl of my choice until death :) Your exercises are varied and at different levels accessible to everyone. Everyone can choose what is in their soul....💛
