Just my input... maybe you could consider changing the 5-second timer beep to something a little more mellow for the stretching routines? Just to keep the mood going. :-) Thank you for the video's!!! Love them.

I have an idea for playlists that I think would be really helpful! Would you make playlists for short, medium length and longer workouts? Like maybe less than 10 mins, 10-20 minutes and 20+ minutes? I’m always trying to squeeze in a workout when I can and I think this could be helpful finding a workout that fits into the time I have. Looove your workouts! Truly life changing! My husband and I do them together!

THANK YOU SO MUCH ! Everyone should have 5 minutes of personal time, if not then go to sleep earlier and get up earlier. That doesn't mean you have to be the normal 8 to 5'er either. Even Night owls and graveyard shifts need to take personal time. like Nike says JUST DO IT.

Maddie, I am so thankful for your videos. I love how many beginner friendly videos you have out there, very helpful. I have had spurts of motivation for working out the past two years, but nothing solid and lasting. About a month ago, I realized how good your channel was and started doing them almost everyday during the week! You have a very motivating personality and I am so happy to have been solidly working out a home for over a month. Thank you so much for the time and effort put into these videos. -Autumn (P.S. for all you teens working out, you're not alone! I'm only 14, and working out is an amazing habit.)

After a stressful day sitting at a desk, hunched over, this felt so good and calming. I was having a tough time wanting to even go to sleep tonight but after that strech i feel surprisingly better and ready to take better care of my mind and body :D ❤️

I've been following this channel for a few years and I love it! If you take suggestions, I'd love to see a M-F stretching playlist. I would really like to start my workday by stretching every morning, and would love to see 5 videos, roughly the same length that I could do every morning without having to do the same routine every day. Hey Maddie, Loving your workouts and stretch routines, so far. Could I just suggest that you be a little more descriptive in your "part B's," if you will, of your kinda part (A)-part (B) stretches? It's hard learning how to properly follow along & mimic your yoga motions when I've got my head tucked under my arms, in the middle of child's pose, and then I have to get completely out of the stretch to see what exactly you mean from "you can reach out from side-to-side." Aside from that, thank you for the amazing routines! I hope you come out with more beginners routines. Very encouraging for those of us determined to get back into shape.

I actually got a pop out of my upper back from this ! Thank you I sit for 12 hours a day and 4.5 hours into this shift it really helped warm my body and focus on the form and way I move

Hey Maddie, do you have any tips on how to tone/build up muscle on the underarms? I love using dumbbells and following your upper body dumbbell routines, and even though I can see results on my shoulders and upper arms, my ‘bingo wing’ area is still quite prominent😩
