Been working out to your home RU-vid videos for over 2 years now….. if my bf or family sees me working out they all scream “is that MADFIT?!” Lmaoo.. I’m just stopping in to say I’m so thankful for your do able workouts because I had 0 motivation at first….. but your videos have gotten me to.. 2 YEARS of 5 days of week workouts!! Tried this with 5lb dumbbells, they were way too heavy for these workouts! I think I need to invest in 2 or 3lbers! The 5 minute workouts are always the most intense!
Hi, Maddy! Could you please educate us a little about doming during abs focused exercises? Is it actually a thing to avoid? I feel anxious every now and then as i stumbled upon that video telling me such belly position being caused by lack of proper muscle engagement.
