Hands down the most help I’ve had for my chronic low back pain in 20 years! Through the years I’ve spent so much time stretching and resting. My work has me compromising my body in various ways and I have neglected strength and activation. I’ve done a few of your routines and listened to a few of your approaches daily and they have honestly helped so much. Thanks again-Signing up for the low back course asap!

I am doing exercises for my thoracic. Large bulge between 9th 10 disc. All discs stenosed &, osteophyts. Spasms&pain on & off. I am doing Stephen Ó Rourke exercises jiamalso trying doing 3 as well

Amazing! Excellent follow up to the 'low back pain damage control routine'. I tweaked my back on the weekend, immediately did the damage control routine the day of, then switched to this 5 minute routine which I'm doing daily this week. 4 days out, I am still slightly stiff if I sit longer than an hour, but pain free and have almost all of my range of motion back. Should be able to get back all of my activities by next week, and for someone in their late 50's, that's what it's all about!! Thanks, Eric 🙂

When doing a Dead Bug, on my right side I lifted up my leg and my entire left hip popped back in place, along with my spine on that side. I have been trying to relieve that discomfort/pain or 2 weeks!!! I finally did it! Definitely doing this every night for the next 2 weeks!

I do most of these switching up through the week. I have not had a debilitating back issue for 6 months. Tweaked left lumbar briefly while playing squash and it corrected after 10 minutes. All due to these simple exercises. ☮

Just followed this for the first time and I feel like ive achieved something already! Been struggling with lower back pain for months. These exercises are explained well and seem realistic to do on a daily basis. Would you recommend also adding the normal plank to this routine?

Thank you so much! My husband and daughter have been doing the routines from another one of your RU-vid videos, and they say that they feel like new after doing them! I got an x-ray of back that indicated that in my lower back my dics are dehydrated, hence causing some lower back discomfort and slight sciatic pain. Would doing the routine in this video help with this? If there is another one of your videos that you recommend instead or one (s) you recommend along with this one, I'm all ears! I just did it and I really love it but right now my back is really really hurting from lifting air conditioner out of my windows which was really dumb of me so I think I need to heal but I did do it

Keep working on the exercises but stop if they cause pain or you cannot modify them in order to stay in a pain-free range of motion no matter how small the movement is. - Coach Joshua, Team PM

My pain is in lower back into right buttock I'm crying with pain😢when I walk no pain when I rest it but I can't stay in bed all my life 😩 all the doctor dose is say rest and pain. Killers walking is so painfully I'm hobbling like a crippled person . I can't take anti inflammatory drugs at at all.. Any suggestions..

What about someone who had spondylolisthesis (a forward 3rd lumbar disk shift)? I have been told not to extend spine similar to initial exercise on this video. What are your thoughts?

I can do all exercise except the side bridge... it freggin hurts. I was able to do it i put my other hand on the floor instead of placing my hand on the side of my body

I’ve been doing these versions of the McGill Big 3, but it occurs to me that the short hold times aren’t really addressing the deep muscles in the back. I have a hard time even isolating these muscles. Any thoughts?
