1-2 min in started to feel exetremly vulnerable scared and i started to cry realizing that i’ve been feeling this for all my life and i’m starting to take care of that scared lil girl who feels exhausted desperate and so alone. this was amazing at helping me feel better so quickly. THANK YOU
So, so helpful in such a short time. Thank you very much. I nearly didn’t do it because I thought I hadn’t got five minutes to spare and then I realised how ridiculous that was!😂 that’s obviously just when I need it most😊. Namaste 🙏
I'm very grateful for this. My functional medicine doctor prescribed 30 mins of meditation and vagus nerve breathing per day but symptoms of ADHD made it inaccessible to me. A friend suggested I start with five minutes a day, and when I can master that, move to ten minutes, etc., until I was doing the prescribed 30. This video really helped and I'm thinking you're going to get a loooooooot of views from me.
Well done Chelsea. I have 10,15, 20 and 30 minute sessions on here. Keep going it is worthwhile and you will learn to develop these new neurological muscles of slowing down.
Thank you Justin. I have to say that I do keep drifting off though, but its not sleeping because im aware the entire time. You're brilliant..Thank you. ❤
Thankyou Justin, your guidance is helping me to apply some simple techniques daily to help me to attune to and regulate my nervous system, with gratitude 🙏✨😊
Really enjoying your content, I’m a healthy 60 year old and have taken care of my self for a long time, weight lifting eating healthy, but I was diagnosed with Afib, and all the Drs said was bad luck and hereditary, but I was under stress from 2016 to 2020 as I was my moms only caregiver, then Covid hit, sprinkle in a little stress from work, I believe my Afib is a result of poor Vagus tone, so I’ve been trying to educate myself on this subject. Are you aware of anyone that has helped Afib with Vagus stimulations or do you have any thoughts?
