These 5 minute practices are great! I find that if I’m feeling up to it (I have Covid right now), I add in another 1 or 2 short practices (of yours), and if not...5 minutes is enough! And I don’t have to leave the house😊

Perfect challenge for little commitment everyday! What can I do instead of forward fold? Even if I’m bending my knees it keeps hurting my lumbar back. Thank you ❤

Good question! Keeping your hands on a chair or a wall to help you feel more supported can be a nice way of getting your body more used to that type of posture. Sometimes sensitive areas (like our lower back) can need a bit of time in an "easier" position to allow for a better release. I hope that helps!
