5 Signs To Know If Your Ex Is Still Interested In You

#1 - Mirroring
When you are on a date and you make a movement, it’s an unconscious movement and it’s an unconscious movement and you notice a few seconds later you notice your ex moves to mirror your body language. The idea of this sign is about seeing the person, in person backed by science.
#2 - Mutual Eye Contact
When we are talking with someone who we are falling in love with we prolong eye contact, but when we are not interested, we tend to look away. If you are talking to them and meeting up with your ex, lock eyes with them to the point your ex looks away. It’s a great sign if eye contact is prolonged.
#3 - Barriers
During a date, you’re sitting across from each other. When you’re on a date with someone you’re looking at them and having a good time. It can have a barrier in the way, little objects that stop you from having direct contact with each other. If you notice your ex will move things to the side to have a direct path towards you. This is a good sign.
#4 - The First Response Goes Really Well
When you send your first text and your ex replies positively it is a great sign that they are interested in you. A lot of the exes seem to wait to hear from you rather than get in touch themselves. So being happy hearing from you is a great sign.
#5 - You Get Quick Responses
When you are reaching out to your ex and talking on a regular basis, your ex replied quickly and is positive in his responses.

High Chris. I enjoy your videos and I’ve learned a lot. I split up with my ex about two years ago and even had one rebound relationship that was a failure. It lasted about two months. It’s been almost three years since I split up with my ex, and I realized I still want him back, so I took your quiz and apparently I have a 60% chance of getting my ex back. One thing I noticed as a blind woman is that a lot of the signs you mentioned are highly visual, so I can’t say for sure if I’ve ever experienced some of them. But some of them I have so I think that’s good news. Some of the signs I have experienced or when the X brings up old memories or finds reasons to contact me just for an excuse to talk. Then when we do sometimes we talk for hours.

Mine's doing the same, but texting is flat no go. But she laughs a lot when we talk, blushes and looks down whenever our eyes meet and gets angry when I'm playfully interacting with other girls. So, grain of salt about the eye look away, now it's just a matter of patience. Every campaign Ceasar's greatest strength was his patience. And remember folks, love is a battlefield. Ex's are not excluded ;)

Not a love letter, just a letter telling her how great I'm going and everything and asking how she's going and telling her about what I've done to improve the reason she broke up with me for. And then we slowly just moved back into a relationship. I didn't really ask her

If you truly trying to get your love back listen to a lot of these coaches I was broken up with my ex of 5 1/2 years for 3 months we have 4 kids together so I really wanted my family back.. I did everything and I’m happy to say We are working on things got a date a week from today if we still going strong we will move back into the house together...

1) touching you when they don’t have to 2) reaches out over “nothin” or making something up or weird in order to contact 3) cant really find much to say 4) bring up or discuss “old memories” 5) they walk a bit slower in order to linger around if they know you are there

Chris Seiter thank you so much. Been watching a lot of you lately. Love your reasoning and stories to relate. I actually was in on your meeting a few weeks ago. An 8:30-1000 ish. Keep up the good work. An idea for a video: of your ex was more of a “work/school/9-5” relationship and didn’t show you off or put in lots of effort... what different strategy one should take to make sure they work harder if they do want to come back. And some more depth into the timing... like when you see signs they are wanting to get you back increase your “presence” but when they pull back again you “decrease” your presence” ... kind of mirror their hot/cold... like mirroring when they like you... mirror their resistance.

It was hard work but I sustained STRICT ‘No Contact’ for over two months. I had lost all hope in him reaching out. And suddenly, that long awaited text “ I miss you” he wrote. Against my will, I answered indifferently and three weeks later, the next text “Can we get together? I’m dying to see you”. The date is this Saturday!!

Hi Lolita.....so it looks like you got some traction from the NC process. Just take things slow, but be positive and avoid relationship talk. Just enjoy the shared moments and build on those, stringing a lot of nice experiences together without getting lost in the specifics of what it all means. Over time, it will naturally take the path that makes sense for you both.

I did no contact and my ex reached out about 8 days into NC with bread crumbs. I mirrored his response and he has been reaching out consistently and checks on me quite often. I went on vacation last week and he told me he still loved me after seeing my FB story so we will see what happens...

Its been a month for our breakup. Issue occured from my side and he broke up. I did all the DON'T s..begging pleading, apologizing , everything mentioned not to do. As you said he seemed got wierd on me..😔 And when I go to NC just after one day, he was texting or hitting love on my songs in my smule channel..some times commenting with a simple thumbs up..and i gets fire again..is he making me fool? I had my ex recently reach out, we had been texting back and forth for a little while and then he asked if I’d like to catch up. we caught up for lunch, and he paid. And it all seemed to go well and we seemed to get along. That night he messaged me saying it was good to see me. But still I’m not sure, if he has some interest or if he’s just seeing me as more of a friend. Before we said goodbye and gave me a hug. How do you find out for sure if they are interested or just being friendly?

I currently witnessed all this 5 from him but he has only called one time since a month. Please what does it mean. We work out at same gym and casually greet but he never calls… he asked for a meet up at my place but it feels like a bare minimum for breaking up with me.. so told him . I wasn’t going to be home.

Took mine for granted and never proposed. Did everything wrong post break up. Then went NC. Then reached out 60 days later by sending a gift to her job (another mistake I guess). She called me right when she received it. I spoke she listened. Told her I’d marry her blah blah blah. Everything she wanted to hear. Then she said she’d call me back. She did an hour later. From her work phone (I’m blocked on her cell, was her way of coping initially). Then gave me shit test after shit test (which I failed). Next week I sent another gift. She FaceTimed me and said the gifts aren’t welcomed and to stop. I did. It’s been 5 months since the BU. We were together 6 years. A lot of it was my fault (took her for granted, I was stressed with my business) but at this point it seems hopeless.

Hey me and my ex fiance were Together for 11 long years and separated for 7 months now we're still friends talk and text 3 days out the week all her belongings are still at the house too except couple baskets of clothes and all her Important Mail still comes to the house too she left the electric bill in her name and I pay the bill are these all good signs that she will come back too me again I Miss her alot and love her more than a friend help and advice on this one please and thank you she's my Bestfriend Soulmate and the love of my life

My ex was shot and almost killed by her ex husband, I’m the first guy she got serious with since. We were living together. She has children. We still talk but as friends. I refuse to play games. She doesn’t need that again. I bet my situation is different. No haters please.

@@chrisseitercoaching How do you know her ex is a bad boy type? Christopher M: She is suffering from anxiety. Anxiety is extremely common in adults (we all suffer from anxiety to some degree) and, If she hasn't formed a relationship with a therapist, she won't be able to form healthy relationships with you or anyone. A visit with a behavioral therapist to assist as she faces her shadows and heals her inner child. She suffered trauma as a child and again as an adult. She needs to work through the trauma in order to end the cycle in order for healing to take place so that she can have healthy relationships not only with other people, with herself as well. I wish you both well.

@@chrisseitercoaching Close to the end of your "no contact?" So eh, is there like an expiration date or ... How does that work? You mean, like, there's a certain number of days that everyone should go in 'no contact' and then when that no contact period is up, you turn into a prince or does a genie come out of a bottle and grant you instant union and a happily ever after, or something? I'm confused. Please explain.
