Hi omg I really need your help you see I endure a bus accident 6 yrs ago and I’m still recovering from my 6 th surgery I’ve gain so much weight I’ve had surgery on the back of my neck my hip twice my right shoulder elbow front of my neck I’m hurt however I’m okay there’s so many people worst than myself I’m begging u to share with me which video videos I should do more of I have that stubborn belly fat thighs back fat all that u mentioned nothing has help me I just saw your video and I wish to start Monday morning how many videos should I do daily please share I watched many I wish to thank you because I want to try the 14 day challenge just as u need to also do full body workout u don’t rush u don’t make things complicated I’m really looking forward to starting my work out with you thanking u in advance hope to hear from you share which ones u think are best for me how many do I do per day thank you

I have started doing exercises for reducing belly fat watching the video. But I find that you have posted so many videos for reducing belly fat. If I have to do all the exercises in one go, it will take so much time and I will be totally tired. Is it enough to do only one exercise in standing position for reaching the goal. After doing the exercises for one week I don't find any reduction of the fat or the weight. How many weeks it will take to reduce the fat and weight?
Like your videos in Desi dress I do 20 minutes excerise and feel more felexibity in n my body which is very helpful in my daily life. Thank you so much.
