I struggled with social anxiety for a long time. I always thought people were judging me...then one day I realized no one cares...but that's a good thing. We're all so wrapped up in thoughts, no one is judging anyone for too long because their thoughts are constantly moving onto the next thing. Mindfulness helped me with this. I used a mindfulness meditation book off amz called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. In essence, I learned no one can "make" me feel a certain way...because the feelings are 100% mine.

Thank you for your videos.I suffer severe social anxiety which has led to agoraphobia,i can barley leave the house and cant go to social events.Has lead to me also drinking a lot when i need to go out.Going to keep listening to your videos and take in your helpful tips
