I work on myself mentally, emotionally and physically, but since I started this some years ago, I've lost the desperation to have a woman in my life. Working on ourselves is true freedom.

Made the mistake of chasing someone who I thought would be a good and proper fit. I was honest with myself and realized I wasn't what that person wanted. I sucked it up as a lesson learned and decided to concentrate on myself instead. Since then I find myself more relaxed, more confident, and much easier going than I was. If there's anything I've taken from your channel is to get to know yourself, warts and all, and improve yourself. The best thing I’ve ever done was to invest in myself. Lost weight by eating healthy, ditch my clothes & buy a new wardrobe/shoes, get my debt under control. And start hanging out more often with friends & coworkers. My confidence level went up and now I’m starting to notice women looking at me with that twinkle in their eye.

The challenge I have dating in my mid 40’s is meeting single mothers and women over 200 lbs.

In my 20’s, I didn’t like being a third wheel or a fifth wheel. It made me feel like I “needed” a girlfriend. It took having relationships to realize that I didn’t need one. None of them made me “happy”. I have come to realize that happiness doesn’t always come from the destination, but from the journey. In my 40’s, I barely have time to schedule dates.

I think the advice you give is good, on a certain level. But from my own experience I realised that what really attracts Women is when you get to the point where you truly dont need them. And the only way to get to this point is to overcome your attachment(more like addiction)to sex. What I noticed was so many guys would chase Women around with their tongues hanging out, they were hungry and desperate. And when you're hungry and desperate for something and someone has the power to give or withhold what you (think)you need, then they are the ones calling the shots, not you. As man you gotta overcome this, be someone who can live happily without sex or a relationship. Like truly happy, not fake put on an act, happy. A big part of that is giving up masturbation and all forms of porn. Trust me, when you do this you'll realise you ne er needed sex to be happy and when you know this you'll view and Interact with women in a completely different way. The hunger is gone, so you're not trying to get anything from them. And women pick this up, so they're drawn to you because women want a guy who doesn't need them. Everywhere you go women will come to you. They'll sit near you in cafe, flicking their hair, making eyes at you. They'll make an excuse to start talking to you. In a room full of guys the women will congregate around you. This is for real and all you have to do is give up on the idea that you need sex or that you need a woman. This is not anti woman, it's the opposite in fact but in the bible it says this: "Man was not made for woman but woman was made for man". And so many guys don't even know this. There's a proverb: "He who conquers himself is greater than he who conquers the city".

I agree with you about the games. Too many people hide behind facades and aren’t authentic. I’ve dated many women who can’t pull their guard down within a couple dates. That’s when I’m out of there. I’ve dated a lot but I just want one woman who can be sincere. I agree with you about boundaries. I quite dating apps. I can't secure dates period. It's been that way my entire life. I only ever went on four dates in my lifetime and I'm 44. They were all setup by friends. I tried every major dating site for over 20 years with zero dates. I have life good, great job with pay well over the national average, no debt, great body type, not shy in any way and a great vocabulary yet a 100% rejection rate with the ladies. I can also retire at age 56 easy also. Ladies either only go for for the top 10% or some thug. I don't fit into either one so I'm invisible.

This is great stuff, John---good advice. Many of the "Dating Coaches" on RU-vid are folks with limited experience, and experience only comes with age and experiences over the long run. Regarding the "Red Pill, MGTOW, Simp, etc." videos that flood RU-vid, it's kind of sad----it's a lot of angry guys making them for angry audiences. The hosts rarely smile or laugh, but accuse much---a great indicator of attitude, with a focus on blaming and manipulation for "results." Most of that content is about how bad women are. Fact is, women aren't bad, men aren't bad----we all have our flawed moments. Yeah, 4% of the world may be crazy, but that leaves 96% trying to do their best in life. It's encouraging to see a positive channel like yours.

Hiya------this title "to get WOMEN to chase you" already makes it into a game scenario. Cat and mouse. Just because you are female doesn't make you an object to acquire. Makes it sound like one needs to "GET" this to be happy-----wrong You should be happy first on your own. I've been there from "the other side" You're right ,you are not an expert----actually no one is an expert on yourself except yourself. Having your own self esteem self worth & self love in order firstly would be basic before involving another person into your world. Never expect another person to fill those parts of you that are missing. My thoughts are that coming from a place of love NOT FEAR of not "getting her "or "not good enough for me " to complete the "check list" works best. Communication is number ONE. Being clear and honest to yourself first clears the path and attracts what you put out there as you said.
