This is a quick & easy full body follow along routine to decompress after training. Can also be used as some light mobility work on days where you feel stiff or are sore due to previous workouts.

❤️ This was just perfect to end my day! Also great for those with low back pain for sure. The music I thought was also on point as I found it very relaxing. And love it for the days I feel like 10 min is too long but I’ll do 7! 😂

Yes specifically the cool down ones 😍 I would NOT do longer ones (15-20) pre or post workout though!
