7 Minute FLAT ABS Home Workout (No Jumping + No Equipment) I Burn Belly Fat I Body Fit TV By Rhea Shroff Ekhlas
This is a 7 minute FLAT ABS workout that is focused on the belly (abs). We have 7 moves, 50 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. We are going be using exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles. These exercises will work your upper abs, lower abs and obliques (aka 11 line abs).
If you're looking to lose weight and burn fat, especially belly fat, a combination of strength workouts, cardio workouts and diet is the most effective.

​@@rachanashetty it depends on your body type and whether you also do other workouts and diet. For me, I still don't have the perfect abs (the type I want), I do this for 3 times a week, an abs workout from chloe ting, and also emi wong. I do not have a specific diet but I watch the calories of what I eat. After 4 weeks, I have a flat stomach.

Seems good but what must golden agers start doing before these exercises, since flexibility can be an issue and/ or other pre- existing conditions; HBP, gastrointestinal issues et.c?

@@deepikaniranjan6271 yes for me it worked i lost 2 kgs without following any particular diat chart withinfew days. I am working out in the morning before breakfast. It works best for me. But you need to be consistent in your workouts you will get results. All the best!!

Thanks a million dear Ria. It is a fantastic workout. It is seven minutes but fairly effective and efficient about the same time. I have just done it and believe me I have felt the pain in my abs though though I am advanced in training. Which means that these seven minutes are really good and enough to give a very good result. Just try it my friends and you feel a nice adrenaline at the end of the workout. We love you Ria !!! Go on girl !!! You are simply gorgeous.
