This cardio and abs routine is perfect after doing strength and resistance exercise to maximize fat burning, or just like a full cardio workout on a day when you don't have much time to exercise or on an active rest day!
In the tabata training we perform the exercises with rope and abdomen for a period of 20 seconds with a rest of 10 until completing the circuit of physical exercises of 7 minutes
