This abdominal and cardio routine is one of the functional workouts that I have enjoyed the most and I have liked! It is structured in an order to train each part of the abdomen and the frequency of the rope cardio is ready to get you sweating intensely in 4 minutes
The cardio and abdomen circuit is structured in tabata training of 4 abdominal exercises and 4 exercises with a jump rope. The exercises are done in 20 seconds with a 10-second rest. All you need is a rope and a bottle of water. you can do the training at home or in the gym!
the abdomen and cardio training is as follows
1. jump rope by crossing the feet 2. in and out crunches 3. jump rope by raising the knees
4.leg lifts 5. basic jump rope 6. scissor crunches 7. cross rope jump
8. atomic crunches
