You should try to look into whole food plant based diet or elimination diets like rice diet and starch based diet ,definitely no or less junk food . Or fasting or juicing or fruit diet. If not wrong , probably taking more fiber from whole foods with no added fat should make you feel full with less calories. But still search extensively on those diets.
