The tongue thing is a game changer. When I was younger a dentist told me to that because that's where my bad breath was coming from. For some reason things stick to my tongue a lot easier than most. If I drink coffee, it stains my tongue brown. So I brush my tongue and my teeth with my tooth brush after I've eaten and had coffee

Good tips Brett..The important one is the last, it really makes a difference to smile and be cheerful around people. I have known guys who weren’t particularly attractive but made up for it with confidence and a charismatic personality. 👍 P.S. I’m going to try the gum, I chew gum regularly (Chewing gum, This was a old school tip for boxers to strengthen their jaw muscles, also lifting a light weight tied to a towel for high reps.) thats what I do a couple of times a week. Nice one fella👏

Really interesting, I think the psychological stuff at the end is substantial. A few thoughts; not a criticism but you have a conservative look and very upmarket. The bag balm, I'll use it again...also concealer just under the eyes, I was considering that. When you get older, best to keep some weight in the face...too thin at my age (58) is really ageing as I found out when I lost too much. Hair style makes so much difference, you are right. Also I saw a programme where they got people who were on junk food and not exercising, and sorted that out and they looked 10 years younger, cardio makes a lot of difference I think. Cheers anyway :-)

Many people, me included react to food intolarances with skin problems. Sugar, dairy, gluten, vegatable oils and chocolate are the most often the problem. Try to not eat those for like 2 weeks and see how it affect your skin.

Stop shaving, that's the problem. It seems that you have sensitive skin. Trim your 'stache with electric trimmer and that's all. If it's goes for the products - pick ones without any additional scent ( perfumes etc ) and don't be scared that the product isn't labeled as FOR MEN that's the stupidest thing which people's make ( of course if it's goes to fragrances then it's different story ).
