Am a blood cancer treated patient..i do all works like cooking n take care of home nkids....have maid for vessels and floor cleaning..recently am tired after long travels..having back pain like sciatica....by seeing your video,few only i can do because my bones are weak..plz suggest exercise for people like me who underwent bone marrow transplant to loose weight

Shall i take glucose after finishing these exercises?Mam ,u taught many exercises to the people.May i know u do all exercise daily? or do u have fixed exercises for doing? I wish to do all but practically can't. So i change my workout steps alternate days.Do u too follow like this or not? For focusing weightloss ,is it necessary to follow standard exercises from ur teaching.can u share me how u construct ur exercise formula in ur routine? Does it change person to person?
