Training with knee pain is super uncomfortable and limiting when exercising, so in this video we show 8 exercises that help strengthen knee and ankle tendons and ligaments, the training can be done 5 days a week as rehabilitation therapy for discomfort of knee, or it is also super effective to prepare the knee joints before an intense workout and prevent discomfort during your workout!
Isometric exercises can be done with resistance bands to increase intensity or they can be done without using weight, as we show the variation in the video.
the circuit is structured in tabata mode where we do the exercises for 20 seconds and rest for 10 until completing the 5 min circuit!
Circuit training exercises are as follows:
1.high knee step up (left) 2.high knee step up 3. iso single leg bridge in & out (left)
4.iso single leg bridge in & out 5. iso hamstring curl (left) 6.iso hamstring curl
6.reverse nordic curl 7.never ending iso deep squat
