Join me for a 8 min INTENSE CORE WORKOUT for a spicy routine targeting the abs. There will be a few challenging movements in there, but modifications will be provided throughout. Thanks for sharing another awesome core workout! One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Loved it. I like the 5 to 8-minute core/abs after a 45-minute strength workout. I'm 58 years old and this amount of time is perfect for me. I also like that you include modifications if needed.

Loved this ab workout! Mini rests that explained the new exercise prior to doing them, also gave enough time to do the exercise. I notice when other creators only do 30 secs per exercise then by the time I figure out what I’m doing , time is up. Thank you! You got a new subscriber !!

Im obsessed with your workouts. Love that the routine is always different and no repeats. Trying to motivate myself to do something other than just yoga. This was great. I am not a fan of weights in general, thought I know how good they are for me. Loved that there was no repetition of exercises. I'll be back!
