I wanted to share my experience with this video. One day, I was in such severe knee pain that I could barely walk. I had no choice but to walk my dog, so I was literally dragging my left leg on the ground. Then I found this video titled "Massive Knee Pain Relief" and decided to try the recommended moves. Miraculously, my knee pain was relieved almost instantly! I can't thank you enough for this. I highly recommend this video and these exercises to anyone suffering from knee pain.

Good timing for this cause i got bad knees from a 5k run i did. Probably from the impact and up hill running which i wasn't used to and I mainly get pain when I jump hitting a tennis serve

Dr. Jared. My wife just turned 50 and she was in dance in her teens and young adult years, now has hip and knee pain on one side that is progressively getting worse since she started to door dash. We can't get in front of our doctor due to insurance loss. Is there anything I should know on top of this informative video that would amplify results? I'm 28 yrs old and I have pain below knee area from playing football... it's below the Patella tendon so I think I've got the Osgood Schlatter.... I've had the pain for almost 6 months now and I've spent a lot on drugs and gels ... doing the exercise number one is already makes my knees feel a bit better. but i'm wandering, what makes people got knee pain in the first place. in my case, i got sick for about 5 years and doing nothing but just stays at home. and when i try to play skateboard again, my knees is killing me even with a slightest jump. i've been playing my skateboard in my entire life. so, before i was sick for about five years i also doing active sports. can you understand what i was trying to say? ... did my sickness count as a cause of knees problem? ... cuz i never have one in my entire life. i'm 32 by the way. thaanks before.

Your name is NOT Dr. Jared. Your name is Jared, and you are a doctor. 😅 . You are not an MD. You probably have a PhD in physical therapy. A PhD is Doctor of Philosophy... a confusing title since it does mean philosophy either. Well, both Jill Biden and you have the same problem. You call yourselves 'Dr' which, while legal, is not practiced in USA. In USA only MD (Doctor of Medicine) write Dr. in front of their name. And.... if you must, it is not Dr. FirstName, ... it is Dr. LastName. Love your exercises, thank you for them. But... please don't embarrass your self like Jill Biden does.

Begging your pardon, but anyone with a doctorate is entitled to use the title that they earned. I have a PhD in social psychology, and earned my doctorate. My university officially addresses me as “doctor” in their correspondence, as do my students. There is nothing dishonest or disingenuous about my using that title. With that said, I do not pass myself off as a medical doctor; indeed, I would not want to. I do not insist on people calling me “doctor” but I do think it is a sign of respect to do so. Knowing that there are many kinds of doctorates, it is incumbent on viewers to vet the credentials of the people they are watching. But just because someone does not have an MD does not mean that they are not an expert. Indeed, there are researchers, PTs, and other people who have earned the title “doctor” with a great deal more expertise in their areas of study than any typical MD.

Jill Biden, and this guy, are both doing the same thing.... they are trying to deceive people that they are a medical doctor. That is where the problem is. As a PhD in psychology, you are not allowed to prescribe any medications to a psychiatric patient. However, if you are deceiving people into believing you are a psychiatrist, then you will be guilty of the same deceptive behavior. If, however, you are using your title in academic circumstances, say at a conference of 'psychologist', then it is fine.
