Pringles were called at one time "New Fangled Potato Chips". That drunk driving PSA used to scare me so much, probably because of the slow motion broken glass. MANIMAL. I SAID BE THERE!

I don't remember seeing the show much, but I do remember going to the mall sometime that year and getting an orange julius. The cup came with a lenticular motion sticker with Manimal morphing into different animals. That's what I always think of when I hear or see the commercials.

AND NOW-MANIMAL!! Knight Rider & The Enforcer-makes me wonder how a Michael Knight/Dirty Harry team-up wouldve worked Donahue promo-That one audience member,he sure was enthusiastic with that applause lol

Hmmm...they don't advertise Anacin or Anacin 3 anymore but they do still make it. The Anacin 3 was free from aspirin and caffeine that the regular Anacin contained (I had to look it up -- the commercial was so vague). So, I am looking at this commercial wondering what is in it if it isn't caffeine and aspirin? Well, Anacin 3 was paracetamol (Acetaminophen). I don't know why it had the "3" tacked on if the product completely replaced 2 ingredients. People would buy this drug Anacin 3 having absolutely NO clue what was in it early on after it was put on the market...I guess you really had to talk to the pharmacist back in the 50s, 60s 70s annnd 80s but labeling did get better by the 90s.

10:48 - Had no idea the late, great Stan Winston worked on this. He was a great special effects creator, best known for the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park, and the robot skeletons in the Terminator films.
