Hi friends, how are you? Today I offer you the recipe for the legendary and timeless round red pizzas, those of the 80s snack. Just like the ones in the oven! Thin and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The ones you eat after folding them, with well-seasoned tomato mouth-watering!
Tip for leavening: by warm environment I mean the oven off with the light on or preheat the oven to the minimum temperature for 3-4 minutes and then turn it off, the ideal temperature for leavening is around 28°. The bowl should be covered with a damp cloth.
Baking tip: Every oven is different, so check the pizza bases after 10 minutes. If it is already cooked enough, immediately move the pan to the base of the oven for the final browning
