This is helping so much, thank you. It's not only helped me realise how I think, but also how I don't help myself. I work in a scientific profession which I consider detail has to be perfect. Quite a number of co workers pass on work to me , knowing it to be incompleted , knowing I will spend a long time finishing it for them. I always do..to the point , me doing their job has become expected by the company.
