Wow, I currently have the flu and I have had such a bad cough. I was having trouble getting the phlegm out but every time I do this video everything is so loose!

I will need to repeat this video in the morning. It certainly helped! Though my phlegm tends to be quite stubborn and does not want to come out of the chest easily. I also did not realize how stiff my back muscles became from all of the coughing from my cold. Thank you so much!
This video and your nose blockage video combined really helped me this morning! I just finished this one last and I was able to blow out a good yellow wad of mucus!!! When I started I wasn't feeling that much blockage. That nasal trip in the back of my throat and feeling a bit stuffy in the head, not the nose. Both videos as a pair really helped bring that mucus down and out of my body! I do these videos a lot when I get sick and they are the best! They are far more healing than any drugs could do for me!!!!

thank you for this! I've been fighting a pesky cough for weeks now, I definitely feel like going through these poses helped to open my chest for what feels like the first time in a while. hoping I can drop the cough soon, once and for all!
@@SunFellow941 oh man I'm sorry to hear. that's about as long as I was coughing too. I didn't take antibiotics because it got better over time, I was pretty aggressive with drinking ginger/lemon/honey tea 3x a day and doing chest opening yoga like this video at least once a day and I was resting a ton (not just sleeping-- phone and news breaks, etc). it wouldn't hurt to gargle with warm salt water 1-2 times a day. but if you haven't noticed a difference for the better in the past 5 weeks it may be time to get on antibiotics if you can.
i can't even express how much i am thankful for you and your video .. I got covid 19 before 16 days in day 10 it got harder most of all i was facing breathing difficulty .. I felt phlegm in my lungs i was really scared! and don't know what to do .. Then i saw this video by accident, i tried it !! I was amazed how it helped me OMG! Have been having annoying cough that developed overnight have thrown all my natural meds, vics on chest, tiger milk etc but time will tell. Tried the Lion breath and felt a great relief right away. Thanks.

I‘m not so sure how great this video is, since coughing, when part of a common cold, is quite often coming after you have had a stuffy nose. Meaning you have still some phlegm in your sinuses. And usully because of that you don’t do invert poses in yoga when you have a cold? So might be opening your chest a bit but at the cost of nasal congestion 😅
I had covid and the coughing and phlegm is not going 🙃 I have knee arthritis can't do most of the poses can you please tell me the standing or sitting position
