97 Mustang GT 76mm Turbo Install

We are installing a On3 Performance turbo kit with the upgraded 76/75 BMF turbo on a 1997 Mustang GT. Now that the turbo kit is installed the car needs a retune pretty bad. We switched mass air flow meters and the computer isn't tuned for it. Dyno videos coming soon we are hoping to push this turbo kit around 28 psi and see what kind of power it will make.

oh god its so shiny every where im so jealous, currently my 97 sn95 is getting a rebuilt engine and painted an electric green. one day i have to install a turbo on it

J&S Automotive probably will go with that and get the nitrous controller so I can launch with the 2 step & nitrous

It takes some getting used to but once you get used to it you will like it.

What do you guys use to tune it if you don’t mind me asking. Been having trouble with sct on my turbo 2v

We use SCT 4 bank chips. Neither one of us have had any issues. The only reason we use the chip is because you can switch tunes really fast.

How did you mount your turbo? Bought a used turbo. & was looking for a way to mount it

This is a On 3 turbo kit. The turbo mounts to the hot side piping and has a support bracket to the alternator bolt.

It's a pretty simple setup SVE 17x4.5 up fronts SVE 15x10 in rears Mickey Thompson 26x6x17 up front Mickey Thompson 26x10x15 in the rear

How did you wire the magna fuel 750 what fuel hat do you have ? And do you still have a fpdm?

I have 2 fused ten gauge wires from the battery to the 2 40 amp relays in the trunk. Then 2 ten guage wires down to the pump.

I'm building mine right now bought the whole car for 1000 dollars came with rebuilt heads some college kid who doesn't like ford sold it to me because he got it in a trade so I swooped
