Who else here during lockdown? I have been doing the first 10 minutes of this video every day for the past week now! I hold each position for 10-15 seconds. I think I’m gonna start doing each exercise twice and then go into trying the splits (20 minutes worth of stretching). I may also find a few more stretches I can add to this routine. Starting to see changes already!! 🙌🙌 ps. Like n comment to keep my motivated 🥺

@@beautiful_life14 wowieeee didn't realise this got any notice. 2 week update: I was super consistent in the first week doing these exercises. I found that after the first week I was able to put my hands closer to the ground when doing the "touch your toes" stretch. The routine was becoming part of my everyday routine which was nice! I felt super energetic during the day after I stretched, like I had a new pair of legs was cool. As for the splits, I still don't have them but I was gradually getting a tiny bit closer (I think). It is painful tho holding some of the positions so make sure to not overdo it. However, I have online exams coming up right now so mostly focused on studying and my sleep schedule is messed up so second week flopped D: will get back into it tho ty for reminding me lol...

In the past I have found stretching videos but the day after I do them I’m always so sore. But when I did this one I wasn’t sore at all! I have been doing these stretches every day for the past couple weeks and now I’m so much more flexible than I ever have been. I feel so good within myself now. I highly recommend following these stretches, just stick to it and you will get there!

I had a nagging groin pain on the right side, and some of these stretches relieved it, so much so the pain shifted further to my inner thigh and then the inner knee. Then after a week some slight discomfort in thigh but after, the pain went down.. it's not as bad as b4 thankfully

Awesome video! I'm a guy but I think it's great for all people to work on their flexibility. These stretches worked really well for me after a a leg workout! Although my flexibility isn't great, I'm getting there. Thanks again Morgan.. keep up the great work! 😊👍🏻

I'm in my late sixty's and I was good at stretch and flexing for martial arts when I was younger . I'm starting back to stretching and I wish I'd never stopped , your a great instructor , I wish the knowledge was around when I was young , Thanks / UK

great stretching routine and awesome teaching tips! The over-stretching advice is really helping me. I just would have liked the video to have more even timing for each stretch so I could do it with you as you were teaching. But I can appreciate your effort to make this more of an educational teaching video. Thank you loved it!

As a heavy lifter, this really helped. I noticed a lot of bigger guys don't have much flexibility and neglect stretching. I'm definitely gonna use this as reference. 💪🙃

Awesome video. I however have a question, what does it mean when I'm sitting in a seated stretch, and my back goes to a spasm? I noticed it happens in any seated stretch I do. Whether it be the straddle,the pike, butterfly or half pike and half straddle and it hurts so badly!!! Either way great video hope to learn more soon.

Any advice on the diagonals? I’ve been doing the stretches for weeks and can touch my chest to my legs comfortably, but cant go diagonal or do full splits either way. How often should I be stretching? Everyday? A few times a week?

woah, that's impressive! I highly doubt I can do the splits in like 2 or 1 month but I got this app called split training in 30 days or something and i downloaded it today and i saw some good reviews. so I'm willing to try it out but good job!

Just for as long as you are comfortable with! I would usually hold each stretch for about a minute and side splits for a couple of minutes to really open the hips.

Please don’t ever go to the point of pain- discomfort and pain are two different things! Don’t get hurt- it will cost you time and healing can take a lot of time! Be safe- you will get there in time- you can take it from a lifetime yogi🧘🏼🙏
