The no dig method is such a lovely gardening method, I would definitely recommend Charles Dowding to anyone interested. You honestly do not even need to move your mulch or dig holes for seedlings, a slit with your trowel or a poke with a dipper is plenty, much less effort and less soil disturbance :)

Woolson looks so clean and healthy. He’s not dirty like all the other lambs that I see in your neighborhood! Your eggplant looks great. I have purple and white eggplant. I don’t know if they’re Japanese or what but boy do they have some prickly spines around the tops and around the leaves!! I guess it’s to protect the eggplant!Got a prickly in my index finger& can’t get it out! Happy Easter and Buona Pasqua. Are you excited to come home to California and see your family?eggplant parmigiana is my FAVORITE!! Eating the fried eggplant is so delicious with sprinkle of salt… 😋 yummy!!

Egmont Seeds, here in New Zealand has lots of great things for the vegetable garden. I found them last year and had lots of success in my vegetable garden. Also the eggplant dish looked nice, I made a mousaka with my eggplants a few weeks ago. I wonder, are the cheeses in the US different to the cheese here in NZ? The cheese (Cheddar?) in the US, to me, looks a lot more Yellow where as in NZ it has a more pale white colour.

Love the beautiful Easter lilies and the sheep who is helping to compost. I hope she left her 'contribution' before she left. 😂 Do you have a worm farm yet?
