thanks - very useful -- I've been counting from 1-10 to keep attention on the breath and so i keep my kind from wandering -- if i make it to 10 without losing count (like one on the inhale one on the exhale, 2 on the inhale 2 on the exhale, etc) - i'll now try your sweet and simple -- thanks for discovering and sharing
