Should my neck and back be completely against the back,, I can’t reach it if I try to crunch and go back 😅😅??? (I’m beginner to gym )

The hammer strength version of this is much better in my opinion

I am not a fan of this machine and maybe it’s because I am not using it correctly. In the past we had a machine that you could easily feel the results.

How high the seat should be??

He pulls his neck down everytime, which is not good form. Smh
