HELLO EVERYONE! I have been wearing this particular brace for almost a week now I have a condition where my Patella comes out of place it helps out a lot I don't wear that big brace that was prescribed for me to wear it was too much to wear and too heavy I thank God for this strap🤣🦋🌹
yo, I have also patella luxation it is painful but it is what it is, Can I get some updates, is it really working, did your patella again go out of place, can you normally play soccer, other sports etc
Have dealt with cmp in both knees for 35 years, ( 66 now). Have had two op's three different physiotherapists, have tried every exercise and stretching technique going. No improvement. Then discovered these type of straps about 15 years ago. For me it is the only thing that has ever worked, I can cycle and walk for miles, do gardening climb ladders most activities apart from running. it is not a complete cure, still get slight pain during and more often later after exercise. But has enabled me too carry on with activities that I enjoy, in the gym I find they help with most leg exercise as long as load not too excessive, but leg extensions are still off limits. They need to be adjusted fairly tight as they stretch in use. So I would just say if the physio is not working then give them a try!
Where can u find the product, does the product help support the inner and out knee, The ACL, and MCL also the Meniscus, does it support lateral movement bending twisting of the hips, knees and, hamstrings?
Is this strap safe to use 2 months after ACL patellar graft surgery for work out purposes ..if so..will the pain remains after taking it off or would it help the patella heal????please reply
