This is the most unhealthy and unsustainable way of weight loss when you leave carbs completely. You must understand leaving carbs will lead to heavy hairfall, and its a shock for your body. The energy to run this system comes from carbs and hence taking healthy carbs in the morning is okay even if youre trying to lose weight. I can see that this lady is highly obese but she too can lose her weight sustainably by keeping carbs in the morning (once a day) and rest of the day she can keep it light (lunch - protein rich and dinner shohld be the lightest). Sleeping 8 hours a day, walking 40 mins a day everything will definitely add up to the process. Even if she starts slow, she will lose a lot of weight - initial 20-30 kgs can be easily shed off by following a simple regime. I don't understand why people have made it such a big issue of weight loss. Why do we only focus on losing weight and not on sustainably maintaining it so it doesn't bounce back. Weight loss is all about lifestyle change period.

It’s always good to taper down the carb intake instead of going from heavy carb food to no carb food . You will automatically start seeing weight loss as you taper the carbs . Also decreases chances for failure as it prevents cravings .

Don't get trapped by these dietitians. They are so expensive. Instead, choose a calorie deficit diet and pick recipes from RU-vid. Us se bhe seedha tareeqa ye hai k roti, Chawal chor dain. Sirf salad, sabzi,dahi aur protein based food lain. Vegetarian hain to daalain, soya chunks, paneer ki dishes manage kerain. Salad ka 150-200 grams ka portion her meal mein include ker lain. Saath roz 2 km walk ko routine mein include ker lain Weight magically drop hoga. ❤

This is not the right way to lose weight. It's not sustainable. She may lose weight now but eventually she'll have to eat carbs and she will put on much more than before. Carbs are also source of energy. Completely eliminating carbs might also react on your body and bring health issues. We don't need influencers like these who have 0 knowledge on weight loss and nutrition.

Ek dam achanak se Carbs khana band karna achha nahi he. Carbs limit me khaana bhi jaroori hota he. And bina workout ke mahine 12 kgs kam karna bilkul safe tareeka nahi he weight loss ke. Please ese jugaad me vishwaas mat kare and apne health barbaad mat karo.
