I was 80 kg when i started to follow your guidance and apply in my day to day life. I started my weightloss journey on 16 april 2024. When i checked today for some reason ive lost 5 kg in 2 weeks. I am happy yet concerned. Not to worry because it been same with me in my previous weight loss journey as well, i tend to loss weight very fast within 2-4 weeks, then it gradually slow down. But this time unlike previous times, i haven't got a binge eating episode or unwanted cravings. I hope to reach my target which is 60-65 kg by august. Update: june 04/2024 current wt is 72kg Update:july 12/2024 current weight 70 kg.
@@deebaalikhan3417 I didn't follow any exact diet from her. I watched different RU-vid videos uploaded in her channel and combined everything to accommodate in my need / preference. Things I ve done is 1)5-6 hrs of sleep ( because I am university student is not able to sleep more) 2) 2-3 litres of water 3) have a very light breakfast and heavy lunch. ( because ive read somewhere your lunch should be heavy in the current generation) and it's working for me 4) I follow intermittent fasting 9am-6pm. 5) very little exercise. My target is to start slow and steady. So not overdoing with any exercise because I hate it 😅

fatloss karna hain toh 2 meal khao and do 14 hours of intermediate fasting. dont eat after 4 or 5 pm. if you are working out in the evening make sure you only drink protein shake thats it or max if you are hungry eat boiled yellow moong daal. breakfast oats with protein pwoder peanut butter chias seeds or daliya best aur sabse best rajma and chickpeas salad with curd thats it lunch make nit just 1 plate of rice with any lentitls cook in ghee 1 sppon of ghee or just 1tsp of oilve oil thats it. dont follow any hard core diets which are not suitable for your health. fasting bahot important hain. so please follow simnple diet. agar ptoein nahi lena hain toh sattu shake follow karo 50 gms roasted chany with half bananan 100 ml milk low fat would be nice plus 2 khajur pee lena best protein and fat loss as well

Here are some alternative options _ [I'm not a dietician whatever I'm sharing below is from my experience .These are available in our home or we can get them easily and these are affordable too ] Breakfast: Any type of cheela (moong cheela , sprouts cheela ,masoor daal cheela ,besan ,rava cheela with lots of vegetables ) Parathas [perfer any kind of daal paratha ,sattu paratha ,papaya paratha or you can add more vegetables of your choices ] with dahi and green chutneys Uttapam , rava dosa and idli (mix vegetables in the batter ) with coconut chutney or sambar Upma , poha If you are non vegetarian then add boiled eggs with breakfast or have low fat milk or sattu sarbat instead You can have nimbu pani any time Lunch : Rice /roti salad curd and different types of vegetables , daal ,paneer (fish ,chicken,eggs ) soyachunks curry or rajma curry or just make sure to maintain portion Soya or chickpeas pulao , with dahi ,mint chutney and lots of salad (or you can just have lots of cucumbers) Vegetable khichdi or dalia with curd and salad Snacks : popcorn (homemade ) , murmura with tomatoes, cucumber,onion , chili ,namkeen and a little bit of mustard oil , roasted chiwda or poha with peanuts and curry leaves , roasted papad , ghugni chat (white pea curry with green chutney,curd, onion ,tomatoes salt and chat masala ) Chickpea/ kala chana chat (chickpea (boiled ), tomatoes,cucumbers ,onion , tamarind (imli )water chat masala salt and pepper ) roasted corn Dinner : soup , daila , khichdi , roti with stir fried veggies and paneer or soya chunks curry and Salad Later 1 glass of turmeric milk or normal low fat milk You can alternate dinner and lunch options as per your preference Also you can prepare snacks on sunday and eat them during the working days Same way you can prepare cheela and dosa batter and paneer at home Eat fruits daily Feel free to change anything i just shared what i eat It takes time but it's easy to follow for me Drink water more Walk after meals And do any kind of home workouts you can see results Once in a while it's fine to eat what you like keep patience and enjoy the process Idk if these options combined calories are fine or not but these are definitely healthy options and it helped me to lose weight without any severe cravings as i love these foods Hope you like this can help you :)
