Short cut way of acceptance and commitment therapy is below Disregard when thought comes in ( acceptance) and focus on your present things ( mindfulness). Apply Erp therapy as well while doing act therapy Expose yourself to obsessive thoughts at least 60 to 90 minutes every day and do not apply any compulsion it will rewire your brain and lessen the fear as well.

Sir thk you so much for your beautiful speech, l have oCD of things should be neat and clean,So please tell me how to overcome it since 5 years I'm suffering with this problem by taking the medicine I haved change but even to some I'm suffering even my family also suffering with me it's my humble request please help me out i have 9 years old daughter i have to look after her even i have to take care of my parents and husband no one is there for them to take care and I'm inthis ocd problem, help me out I'm waiting for your reply.

Beta aapki video mujhe bahut acchi lagi kyunki mujhe bhi OCD hai I am 60 plus meri OCD hai Jaise jameen per hath lag Gaye ab hath gande ho gaye dhone padeng और हाथ धोने के बादही मन शांत होता है jab main chhoti thi mere sir per koi hath lagata tha to main sochati thi inhone hath niche jameen per rakhe honge mere sir per laga diye मेरा दिमाग परेशान हो जाता था और मैं थोड़ा सा हिस्सा धोनेलग जाती थी ab kese k ghar / kahin bahar jaau main kisi ke bed pr yaha seti नहीं बैठ पाती यह सोचकर कि यहां पर किसी ने पैर रखे होंगे रखे होंगे मैंने मेरे सूट गंदा हो जाएगा अगर बैठी हूं तो आकर वह कपड़े धोने लग जाती हूं मैं बहुत ही परेशान हूं अपनी ऐसी ओसीडी के कारण तो बेटा मैं क्या करूं please help me and give me any suggestion tumhara video dekhkar man Karta hai tumhare se baat karke kuchh puchu meri bhi problem ka kuchh solution hai

Brother you are great. But I have to tell you one thing, on the psychiatry part you met a real tragedy. Therapy only will never work, you need a super talented psychriatist too. Only SSRIs are age old treatment, there are other medicines which must be given in severe ocd. Nahi toh koi farq nahi padega.

But I'm not functional...kya ye symptoms chronic anxiety k bad dikhte hai ? Any opinion ?

Mujhe bohot bure khayal aate hain bathroom mein ya room se bahar ya ander aane mein baar baar ander jati hoon ghar se nikalna chahti hoon laikin nahi nikal pati ,subah bed se uthte time sochti hoon agar rozana ki tarah ye dua nahi mangi to ye ho jaega,wo ho jaega poori life ka routine barbad ho chuka hai apne ghar par ka door kholte time bure khayal aate hain phir sochti hoon agar wahi cheez nahi ki to aisa na ho jaye please mujhe koi achhi baat batayain aap sirf fail hone ki baat kar rahe hain kyonke aapne MBA aur engineering ki hai main ghar mein akeli rehti hoon isi liye sab kehte hain job kar lo job to tab karun na jab normal hoon dair se uthti hoon sham ho jati hai mera dinner mera breakfast hota hai ab bataiye mere liye kaun si therepy honi chahiye act se mera kuchh hoga

It's good that you are creating awareness regarding the topic. But i think if you are so much passionate about the cause, you should get professional training to give solicited advise. The issue you are dealing with is very sensitive and sometimes a word said by you can be lead a person to the other way instead of curing,, try to be more sensitised while talking ahoute it.
