Hello, I enjoy watching you videos which a very helpful for me in my business.I had a quick question on the process of adding a new partner(co-owener) to my business which is already registered and licensed, will he (the partner) have to reapply to the state?
But be sure to iron out all of the details.. and did you make your partner buy into your business? You should've think about how much you spent. See if there willing to pay half of that. I know they will be beneficial partners but it's still a business no one should be able to just walk into unless it has no value to it and you haven't spent much to create it. My $0.02

I have a client for whom I am not getting paid for the services being provided due to I am not in network with UHC and can not seem to get past the application process, home is licensed and certified by the state.
I don’t know much about respite center how many rooms is it. Get the person there for free on disability and then get him connected to an MCO then try to connect with the MCO and get certified
