Hi! Just subbed. Have a house, we have 8 bedrooms. Due to COVID we have only 1 job, but the house is Paid off. What licenses and stuff do we need? How much will we need to start the business? What do we need for this to start?

What about having one or two elderly you care for in your own home where you live with your kids? What about the requirement for a nurse? I do not want to become more than a CNA myself. I am not into all that but I love caring for the elderly and I am a single mother that needs to create financial security and stability for myself and my kids. To me, the ideal selling point would be to treat our elderly like family members and care for them in my home. That is what would mean the most to me if I were placing my loved one.

It's not easy I can say this. I am just starting out home searching now and checking Zoning also. I stay frustrated nope don't get a partner that is the worst you can do.

We bought a bilevel home in 2020 and my elderly dad was living there with us until his recent passing. Now we are thinking of using it as a group homeas it has three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen area and shared space area. I have worked with adults and children with disabilities for the past 10 years. BUT im scared...scared of how to start, taxes, losing money, etc etc the list goes on...any advice?
