Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your knowledge and expertise. I have an elderly aunt who I have now had to place in an assistant living facility. She owns her home, however it needs a good deal of repair. It is a 3 bedroom home. My thought is if it is possible to renovate the home and then lease or rent it to an established assisted living company with my aunt becoming a client but getting to live in her own home. Thoughts??? Are you available for a consultation? My sister and I will eventually face the same situation with our mother's property.

I’m in the process of opening a resi group home in fl thru apd for people with disabilities.are the contracts you referring to are with the insurance companys? We have a 4 bed 2 bath. The fourth room is a office. We will be using Medicaid as well. What advice do you have to be successful?. This is all new to us. Thanks!
