It was tough first time, but with regular classes from your channel I was able to do it with ease. Thanks for your free classes,THEY ARE TOTALLY AMAZING. 👍👍
Going through all the videos comprehensively and commenting on all of them so I know when I did it. Definitely couldn’t do the dolphin to chatarunga the first time but it’s solid this time around!
I did this class today, just wanted to say you guys have come a long way.. the videos and class which gets uploaded currently are lot more better... It shows how much work has gone through it. Awesome bre and flo.. My day doesn't start until I get on the mat with you guys. Thank you Namaste
Just Repeated after years, thank you indeed for all those amazing workouts,im getting strong yes for me this time was really cool ,didnt considered hard ,was amazing and controlled and conscious 😅
Man thx to you, I started yoga and frothing for your videos everyday. Plus, my whole family jumped on the same train and clearly you are our favorite channel! Life-changing🙏🏽
My name is Pere, I follow you from Barcelona Spain. Thanks, the class has been amazing, a little bit strong but how you say is the path to get it. I love it , thanks again
amazing sequence, great teacher. God bless your work. keep on doing it. this sequence is very advanced, so, you cued us into respecting our bodies and take one day at a time. i've been practicing this sequence now and it does get easier after a while. (yoga teacher for 2 years). NAMASTE. KEEP ON IT.
Awesome advanced movement practice! I'm a big fan of pistol squats (working hard to build the strength and mobility to do them!) and the upper body work
I've started practicing yoga with your videos for the first time ever, I'm loving it! I was wondering though if it's better to work on the same routine (video) for a while or to keep changing routine every time I practice. Thanks for this!
Hi Flo. If I have MCL sensitivities, do you recommend going into the full squat to work through it and strengthen knees, or should I ease into it with partial squats over time?
Wow, this one was intense for me, don't know if it's because my body was a bit tired today or this was harder that the other practices. Thank you so much again!
Hello teacher, I really enjoyed this flow and it feels great afterwards. My only feedback is that sometimes you tend to speak fast and want us to do so many things and then everything goes fast. It would be great if you take explaining a bit slow and to the point so we can get into the pose and meditate and not merely do confused physical exercises. Honestly, I see great videos coming up and I cannot wait. I have to say that I really appreciate all the work and energy you put in your videos and I wish you all the best - Namaste :)
Hi thanks for your input. This is not a yoga flow video it is a strength workout. It is supposed to be a little faster paced and is focused on the physical practice. This is also not something for beginners and we assume that the poses are known. However we appreciate your input and take it into consideration for our next videos. Have a great day!
Love following the new work outs making massive difference to my body. Wondering if you would consider putting together a work out to suit the sports I do. The sport we do is hugely physical and demanding on the body with high intensity running in all directions with most of it backwards. It’s refereeing and we struggle to find a routine that is short and intense for both pre game and for post game. We sometimes referee 6-8 games a day totaling approximately 20-25 kms at this high intensity pace and movement. The muscles effected are calves, hamstrings, hip flexors and lower back so would love some 10-15 min pre and post work outs to help our squad get through a tough day or a 3 day tournament Many thanks in advance if you can help.
I discovered you recently with the Slow Yoga Vinyasa and loved it for the deep stretching in no rush! :-D And then I discover you again with that Strong version of yoga which also correspond me since I need to spend a bunch of energy too! Entraînement varié et complet: parfait pour couvrir un mode de vie global sain! Bravo! :-) Très apprécié! oxo
Watching your videos has inspired me to do yoga daily. Vinyasa is such a beautiful thing to watch, each pose flowing seamlessly into the next. I do wonder though... Is Vinyasa the perfect workout? Especially if you want to get in shape? In other words, would I need to work out AND do Vinyasa? If so, what’s your workout routine?
Bodyweight training is enough. All you need to add to yoga is pulling - we did a video about this. I only do yoga like in the videos on this channel. Plus Jiu-Jitsu and some pulling like bouldering. Yoga has way more to offer than just movement. The breathwork and meditation is life changing. If you want to get in shape switch to plant based and consider doing intermittent fasting.
Breathe and Flow I was curious because your videos are a hell of a workout, but it’s not all about that for me at all. I’m a very spiritual person so I appreciate the meditation that comes with yoga for sure. I’m already plant based; vegan. 🌱 I was just wondering about the physical aspect of it is all.
Breathe and Flow I agree about the breath work being life changing. For me, it feels like I had all of this dormant energy inside of me that was dormant. That stuck energy caused me to be angry, anxious and depressed, understandably so. But now that I’ve been doing yoga, all of that energy is now able to flow out and that release is freeing.
Another great session. Thanks for sharing this. It was just what I needed after some other body weight and resistance training this week. I use your workouts every Saturday morning and really look forward to them. The content is excellent and your teaching is as well. 🙏🏼💪🏼👊🏼
No need to lift if you do this kind of bodyweight training in my opinion. I only do yoga and bjj and don't lift. I think this is too much as a warm up before lifting as it takes a lot of strength and energy away already. Try my yoga for bjj classes as a warm up or perhaps as a cool down. Hope this helps.
Do you have any tips on improving flexibility in the forearms. I have difficulty with the part where the fingertips face the knees and the palms face up. Thank you!
Thank you so much for practicing with us! We have other videos too for different levels, this is for sure on the stronger side. New videos coming out every week - thank you so much for your support!
Flo: @7:34 I think we did less on the other side... Me: wait! What?! We did not do any on the other side! Of course I had to pause, rewind and see that we only did one. So I immediately did 4 more to balance it all out. Lol ⚖️. Thank you Flo for another amazing session 🙏🏻
