I love the Mindful Movement's guided meditations. Sometimes though, I want more quiet and time to explore during the guided meditations. Less talk. This gave me that time, as well as simple tools and tips for meditation without guiding. It creates independence and autonomy. I really like and appreciate the difference and welcome the use of both methods.

Actually no. I'm a long time fan of the mindful movement. I approve of their loveliness. I do not like the bossy cold tone of the woman and I say so.

I wish the Music and voice volume were closer in volume. The music was quite soft and the voice was loud so it was difficult adjust. Otherwise I enjoyed the meditation. Thanks!
